You will have 10 days to review while we refine the details together.

5. Secure Your Reservation

Once you’re ready, we confirm and secure your accommodations, flights, or cruise.

6. Personalized Itinerary Planning

We continue working together to design the experiences and details that will make your trip unforgettable.

7. Final Travel Meeting

About one month before departure, you receive your travel booklet with documents, itineraries, and travel tips.

We review everything together to ensure you are fully prepared.

8. Travel & Enjoy

Relax and enjoy your journey knowing every detail has been thoughtfully arranged.

Email Communication
All client communication is handled by email. This keeps your travel plans organized and ensures important details are easy to find. We do not communicate by text.

Response Time
During busy travel seasons, responses may take up to 72 business hours. We appreciate your patience while we give each client the personal attention they deserve.

Planning for 2027
For travel in 2027, we can begin planning 11 months before your travel date. If you are planning a 2027 trip, please complete this form closer to your departure date. Cruises are the exception, as they may be planned farther in advance.
