There are two different types of groups for All Inclusive Resorts. Both include awesome perks for the Group Leader!
FLEX/EXPRESS GROUP
- Book at least 5 rooms in your group.
- Perfect for a group of friends.
- We apply for a group code. The group code gives money off of your booking.
- Guests contact Forney Travel Agency to book.
- Prices are not locked in and on hold
- May qualify for perks such as private check in
- Slightly Discounted hotel rate
- No deposit
- Exact specifics given when resort is chosen.
COntract GROUP
- Book at least 5 rooms in your group.
- Perfect for weddings and family
- You will need to sign a contract guaranteeing your group will book the blocked rooms.
- Guests contact Forney Travel Agency to book OR go to YOUR exclusive website
- Prices are locked in and on hold
- May qualify for perks such as free private cocktail reception, discount on private group dinner, and free rooms for group leader.
- Deeply Discounted hotel rate
- Group Deposit of $1000-$3000.
- Exact specifics given when resort is chosen.
